Open purchase
Always notify info@hydrographica.se that you are sending a return.
In the case of open purchase, the terms and conditions that apply according to the Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises Act apply.
You always have the right to cancel your purchase/make an exchange within 14 days after receiving the order confirmation and goods. You do this by leaving or sending us a message within the cancellation period (14 days) that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods. Return the goods unused and in unchanged condition. If the goods are not in unchanged condition, deductions for any decrease in value can be made from the return amount. If returns are sent back after the right of withdrawal has expired, the return cannot be refunded, but you then keep the goods.
In the case of returns, you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping fee and responsibility for the goods reaching us at Hydrographica.
Please note that the return may take up to 5 working days to reach us. Therefore, notify Klarna if you need to extend the due date on your invoice. You can log in to Klarna’s website or app to notify that you have sent a return, and your invoice will be frozen until the return is registered. You can also choose to pay for your return in another way with another shipping company. You are responsible for ensuring that the return arrives back to us. We recommend always sending with tracking and insurance.

Only after we have received the goods and checked them, the value of the goods will be refunded. Klarna regulates the refund. Original shipping and invoice fees are only refunded in the event of approved complaints. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

If you return part of the order, you will pay the original shipping and any fees to Klarna and return shipping. If you have paid by invoice, you will use the same invoice but only pay the products you wish to keep and any fees to Klarna, shipping and return shipping. If you return your entire order, you only pay return shipping and any fees to Klarna.

You must always collect your package from your delivery location before sending it back.

Packages that are not collected, but are returned to us, are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If it is not collected, we must charge you 250 kronor for our costs for administration, shipping and return shipping. Your order will be automatically deleted in connection with an uncollected package and you will need to place a new order if you wish the goods to be sent again. Unpaid invoices will be forwarded to debt collection via Klarna.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

With the new data protection law, GDPR, which came into force on May 25, 2018, we have updated the way we handle personal data and made it even clearer to you for what purpose we save and use customer data. GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation and replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act, PUL. For you as a customer, this means that your personal data will receive even stronger protection and you will have more control over how your personal data is used.

What we save and why
The information we have about you is the information we receive when you visit our website and shop in our online store. We save information about what you click on, what you put in the shopping cart and what you buy.

When you place an order, we save your name, postal address, telephone number, email address, address, customer number, delivery and payment information. If you are a private customer and wish to pay by invoice, our payment partner Klarna requires that you also provide your social security number in order to assess your creditworthiness. When Klarna approves your payment, we receive your social security number from them to keep track of who you are. You can of course also shop with us without providing your social security number.

In order to be able to send you information about your order and, if you have approved it, digital communication in the form of newsletters and text messages, we save your email address and your telephone number. We need your address to be able to deliver your package in the best possible way. The personal data we receive in connection with purchases is also saved for any future support, complaints and guarantees.

How long do we save personal data
Personal data is saved for the duration of an ongoing user relationship and in accordance with the consent given. We do not process customer data that is older than two years, but for our accounting purposes we need to save purchase history for seven years. If you want us to delete your personal data earlier than that or want to withdraw your consent regarding, for example, digital communication in the form of newsletters and SMS, you are always welcome to contact us and we will arrange it immediately. If you no longer want to receive newsletters from us, you can also unsubscribe via a link directly in the newsletter.

We collect information about how you and other visitors navigate our website and find us via Google Analytics and Google Search Console, this data is then saved for 26 months.

Secure handling
When you provide information about yourself in connection with a purchase, you should always be able to rest assured that we handle your personal information securely. Sensitive information such as credit card numbers is always sent encrypted (SSL) so that outsiders cannot access the information. The information is not stored by us at Hydrographica but is only sent to the credit card company. Wherever sensitive data is sent, the transfer is encrypted, for example in your account and at checkout. We also work on a daily basis to ensure that both we and our systems are up to date with current security standards.

It is extremely rare, but if a data breach were to occur, we have clear and concrete procedures for how we handle these to minimize damage. You as a customer can also rest assured that if something were to happen, you will of course be informed.

Your rights
You always have the right to receive an extract of the information we have about you at any time and to know how and for what purpose the personal data is used. If you do not agree with how we use your personal data, you have the right to object and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to request that we delete all personal data we have about you. You are welcome to contact us to get answers to questions and concerns about your personal data. You can reach us at info@hydrographica.se or 0730 – 25 68 09.
